General Condition:

The validity of the conditions of sale listed below is effective between our parties if there is not a contract of another nature between Mexplorer and his client.

1 – Confirmation of reservations

all confirmations must be addressed in writing to one of the two email addresses:

contact@mexplorer-dmc.com

and must include the following acknowledgment: "I confirmed the trip as presented on the last version and according to the terms and conditions of sale set out on this same version.

Any confirmation will only be taken into account only from the payment of a deposit of 50% of the sum total of the stay.

2 – Cancellation Policy and change

if the customer canceled his trip:

- 60 days before the date of arrival, no load shall be counted.

- Between 59 and 30 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will not be returned.

- Between 30 and 15 days before the date of arrival, the deposit will not be returned, the trip will have to be more balance to 75% (50% to 25% deposit of the total balance)

- - less than 15 days, the trip must be paid in full, because of the reservations that have already been incurred and paid. The cancellation will be considered as no show.

Any cancellation must be sent in writing, its taken into account will be effective the next business day this writing.

If the customer short his stay of its fact, this does not give any entitlement to compensation or reimbursement from Mexplorer.

Any change of the fact of the client may result in additional costs to be borne by the latter. If the change is the fact of Mexplorer, Mexplorer undertakes to propose an equivalent service without additional cost to the customer.

3 – Terms of payment:

A deposit of 50% of the total of the trip must be paid at the time of confirmation so that the booking is taken into account. The balance must be paid 21 days before the day of arrival.

4 – Cases of force majeure

in case of force majeure (natural disasters, social disorder etc. ) Mexplorer, in the aim of ensuring the safety of its customers, may delete or modify a stay or an event.

The advent of cases of force majeure does not give the right to a refund or compensation.

5 – Insurance

Mexplorer asks its clients to provide repatriation insurance.

Mexplorer disclaims any liability for customers traveling without insurance.

If the customer pays with his VISA card, it has de facto this type of insurance (thank you inquire from vote banking institution).

If so and if the customer wishes, Mexplorer can offer you an insurance for your trip with his partner AXA Insurances.

6 – Risk and responsibility:

The client understands and agrees to assume the risks inherent in travel because of the courses. With the aim of protecting its customers, Mexplorer may cancel an activity or change a route without notice, without that it gives rise to a refund or to a compensation.

The client undertakes to follow the Mexican law in every detail of its entry in the country. Any breach of the law will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

The customer is responsible for its effects, Mexplorer cannot be held liable for a loss or a theft occurring during the stay. For convenience, the luggage is limited to one suitcase of 23kg maximum and a backpack per person.
