Our Story
The Mexplorer-Dmc agency was founded in 2014 following a chance encounter between Fred and Eric. The idea of a French incoming travel agency based in Mérida, Mexico quickly emerged. They embarked on the adventure together, combining their complementary skills. Two partners with backgrounds in tourism, international logistics, events and incentives abroad. Today, they are proud to form a team of 15 enthusiasts!

During the organization of your stay, we pay close attention to the smallest detail, to ensure that it runs as smoothly as you imagined. For us, the human approach is paramount, which is why our follow-up team will listen to each and every one of our travelers and propose the best solutions to any inconveniences encountered on the ground.
Thanks to our extensive customer experience, the agency has been able to expand into several markets, currently working with a number of T.O.s in Europe and North America.
